Aluminum Fabrication

CNC cutting, machining, corner jointing, hardware fitting, installation and final inspection of aluminum doors, windows and kitchen units.

Aluminum Fabrication

Aluminium arrives as stock profile and leaves as a finished door, window or kitchen unit. Every stage — cutting, machining, jointing, glazing and inspection — happens on our own lines, and the teams who build a unit are the ones who install it.

Aluminium CNC Machine Cutting

We transform aluminium profiles into exact components using state-of-the-art CNC technology. Our advanced double-head machinery handles everything from high-volume industrial runs to intricate custom fabrications with absolute repeatability and zero material distortion.

Machining and Punching

The cut profiles move to a punching machine or a CNC milling machine. Here the aluminium is pierced to create the functional slots: drainage holes, lock and handle hinges, screw ports, and every other slot required for assembly.

Corner Jointing and Assembly

Corner cleats — internal L-shaped aluminium connectors — are inserted into the hollow chambers of the cut stiles and rails. The corners are then joined mechanically using heavy-duty hydraulic corner crimping machines, or securely tightened with structural corner screws, ensuring a perfectly square, rigid frame.

Accessories & Hardware Insertion

EPDM gaskets are applied for thermal insulation, sound proofing and an airtight seal. Depending on the design, either a double-glazed glass unit or a solid insulated composite aluminium panel is set into the door leaf. The hardware is then mounted onto the pre-machined slots: technicians secure the heavy-duty hinges to the outer frame and door leaf, fit the multipoint locking mechanism, and attach the door and window handles and any door closers.

Installation of Production Units

Our experienced installation teams verify opening dimensions, levelness and structural integrity before anchoring the heavy-duty aluminium frames with high-tensile fasteners. Every perimeter joint is treated with professional-grade polyurethane expanding foam, structural silicone sealants and continuous weather gaskets, for thermal insulation, acoustic dampening and airtight waterproofing. The final phase is precision hardware calibration, so doors and windows run smoothly and stay weather-tight for the life of the building.

Final Inspection of Quality & Quantity

The completed doors, windows, kitchen cabinets and other assembled units undergo a final inspection on a testing rig. Fabricators verify that the diagonals match, check the alignment of the locking points, and test the opening and closing of the door before it is wrapped in protective film for transit. The same checks are repeated on site after installation.
